Fundraising

For the 2024 season we will be fundraising with Aspen Greenhouses. 

All players/families are required to participate in the flower sale or pay an opt out fee. 

Orders and opt-outs must be submitted by the first night of soccer
- April 29 or 30th, 2024 by 7:30 - 

Payments can be made by e-transfer to bmsa.fundraiser@gmail.com
Please include child's first and last name.
One transfer per order form.

Order forms can be emailed to bmsa.fundraiser@gmail.com
or dropped off at the field on your first night of soccer

We will not be accepting cheques as payment this year.
Cash may be considered on a case-by-case basis

 Flowers will be delivered to Sterling Industries Sports Park Storage Compound on May 11th in the morning. 

Exact time to be announced closer to the date.

Flowers must be picked up on May 11th. If you do not make the pickup time your flowers could be left out in the cold. BMSA is not responsible for damages to flowers not picked up at the designated time. If you can not be there, make alternate arrangements.

 As a non-profit organization, our fundraising campaign allows us to keep our base registration fees lower and accessible to all players. Money raise goes towards equipment, field fees, insurance and compensation for our many volunteers and referees.
